Nour Chanouha
Nour Chanouha (she/her) is a Lebanese immigrant who joined the Iowa City community in 2022. Nour works as a genetic counselor in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department at the University of Iowa Healthcare. From her school days volunteering with local organizations supporting refugee communities in Beirut to her current focus of expanding genetic services to Arab and immigrant communities, Nour brings in a breadth of experiences and a whole lot of passion to her role on the board of the IWNJC. In her free time, Nour loves to travel, cook, workout and spend quality time with her family and two cats.
