Jasmine Tsai
Jasmine Tsai is a first-generation immigrant with personal experience navigating life between Taiwan and the United States. Having experienced the challenges of adapting to new languages, cultures, and systems, she brings valuable lived experience to IWNJC's work supporting immigrant and refugee communities.
Jasmine contributes expertise in project management, strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational development. As Board Vice President, she is committed to helping create welcoming and inclusive communities where newcomers have access to the resources, opportunities, and support necessary to thrive. Her leadership helps strengthen the organization's capacity to build community power, develop leaders, and advance equitable systems for immigrants and low-income residents.
